The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with rights regarding how your data or personal information is treated. Under the legislation, California residents can choose to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information to third parties. Based on the CCPA definition, “sale” refers to data collection for the purpose of creating advertising and other communications. Learn more about CCPA and your privacy rights.
How to opt out
You may enable an opt out preference signal for a browser or plug-in that makes it clear that such signal is meant to have the effect of opting you out of the sale and sharing of your personal information.
Please note that, PDH does not presently exchange personal information for money with anyone. We also do not “sell” or “share” Sensitive Personal Information (as defined under State Privacy Laws). Further, PDH does not knowingly sell the personal information of minors 16 years old or younger.
However, if you would like to opt out of the “sale” of your personal information as permitted under State Privacy Laws in the event we do “sell” personal information in the future, you can do so and we will keep a record of this request.
Please email us at [email protected] using the subject “California Opt Out from Sale”. At a minimum, you must provide us with the name and email address associated with your information or account. Or call us at 949-343-0079
Please remember that our ability to maintain a record of your request is limited by the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. We will only record the name and email address that you provide to us.
