The Precision Digital Health website and other information services (the “Service” or “Services”) are made available to you by Precision Digital Health, Inc. (“PDH”) subject to these terms and conditions, including those set forth in the PDH Privacy Policy contained herein (the “Terms”). By accessing the Services, you agree to follow and be bound by the Terms. We may make changes to our Services, these Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy at any time.

Web Privacy Policy

Our clients expect PDH ensures their privacy is managed to industry terms and to ensure we are always putting our clients first.  We ensure transparency to provide clients the information on how data is collection, how data will be used and more importantly how data is protected.  In addition, PDH provides policies, operating procedures and compliance enforcement specifically related to patient information (protected health information, or PHI) submitted or used by PDH.  Please contact Precision Digital Health for more detailed information.

What information we collect

We do not collect information any identifiable or PHI information without the individual providing voluntary consent to do so.  We respect the rights of all our perspective clients and visitor who come to our corporate web site: www.precisiondigitalhealth.com.

IP addresses

The hosting of our corporate web site collects the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computers that access our site.  This information is not identifiable and is used internally to determine how we can better design our user experience to visitors of our website.

Tracking technology

PDH does use technology to leverage “cookies” on our website.  Users have the ability to accept or reject this functionality.   The information is used to recognize a repeat visitor and help tailor new services by tracking how our corporate web site is used by all visitors.  This is only used to make improves to provide the best offerings possible to our clients.

Data retention

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Except as noted above for newsletters and surveys, PDH does not provide any third-party access to your IP address and email address.

We may provide third parties with aggregate statistics about our visitors, traffic patterns and related site information. These data reflect site-usage patterns gathered during visits to our website each month, but they do not contain behavioral or identifying information about any individual member unless that member has given us permission to share that information.

To help us determine the effectiveness of PDH advertising, we work with Web analytics tools hosted by third parties who receive nonidentifiable information from your browser, including the site or the advertisement you came from, your IP address, your general geographic location, your browser and platform information, and the pages you view within our site.
