Irvine, CA – The Board of Directors of Precision Digital Health (PDH) is pleased to announce the appointment of Connie Pearcy as Chief Executive Officer.
Connie most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at CREO, a life sciences management consulting firm, where she oversaw service delivery, P&L performance, and firmwide strategic initiatives. During her 10-year tenure, Connie scaled CREO’s Technology Services division into the firm’s largest revenue driver resulting in an average year‑over‑year revenue growth of approximately 55% from founding through the company’s private equity acquisition in 2023.
As CEO of Precision Digital Health, Connie will have responsibility for company‑wide operations, product development, sales, and financial management, with a focus on building a scalable organization to support PDH’s rapidly expanding customer base. PDH co‑founder Thomas Wells will transition to the role of President, Chief Product and Innovation Officer. In this capacity, Thomas will lead product strategy and innovation, maintain key client relationships, and serve as the primary interface between clients and PDH’s development, finance, and project management teams. He will also continue to oversee the company’s regulatory initiatives.
“I am thrilled to join the dedicated team at Precision Digital Health and to partner with Boston Millennia Partners, the Board, Thomas Wells, Jonathan Badgett, and the entire leadership team to deliver innovative solutions for our clients,” said Connie Pearcy. “Precision Digital Health has a proven track record of providing real-time wearable data for cardiometabolic trials. We will build on the company’s unique expertise in CGM / BGM as we rapidly scale to support a growing number of trials with enrolled patients around the world. I’m honored to serve as CEO for this next chapter in the company’s history.”
Over the past year, Precision Digital Health has experienced significant revenue growth. Strengthening the leadership team is a key priority as the company enters its next phase of scale and execution. Connie’s proven ability to build and operate high‑growth healthcare technology and services platforms will be instrumental in supporting PDH’s continued momentum.
“Connie Pearcy is exactly the leader Precision Digital Health needs at this pivotal moment,” said Ren Roome, Partner at Boston Millennia Partners and PDH Board Member. “Her track record at CREO — scaling operations and driving digital transformation for the world’s most demanding life sciences organizations — makes her uniquely equipped to accelerate our mission. Precision Digital Health is redefining how connected wearable devices are integrated into cardiometabolic clinical trials, and Connie’s operational rigor and deep healthcare technology expertise will be instrumental in bringing that vision to scale. On behalf of Boston Millennia Partners and the entire board, we couldn’t be more excited to welcome her as CEO.”
